In accordance with the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Article 55A.253(c) the following is a list of agencies normally involved in the expunction process. THIS LIST IS NOT ALL-INCLUSIVE. Any outside agency that has available or published information concerning the charge or arrest should be included. There is a $25 fee for each agency included in the petition that DOES NOT have an email address to cover the expense of certified mail to transmit the application with notice and final order. The petition should include both the physical (or mailing) address as well as the e-mail address for each agency. Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Article 55A.253(b) prohibits a petition from listing any state or local agency more than once or including multiple contacts or addresses for different divisions with respect to the same state or local agency.
